Cincinnati Chili



  1. In a Dutch oven cook ground beef, ground lamb, onion, and garlic over medium-high heat until meat is brown.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Stir in chili powder, salt, cumin, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in crushed tomatoes, broth, chocolate, honey, and vinegar.
  6. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes.
  7. In a bowl combine roma tomato and green onion.
  8. Serve chili over spaghetti and top each serving with roma tomato mixture and cheese.
