Choco-Banana Smash

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 oz. Irish Cream Liqueur
• 1/4 oz. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 oz. Light Cream
• 1/2 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1/2 Medium Banana, sliced

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients with one cup crushed ice in blender until smooth.
2. Pour into parfait glass.
3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and 1-inch banana slice on a cocktail pick.
4. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
