Chive & Onion Cream Cheese



  1. Place the cashews in a sealable container.
  2. Cover with water.
  3. Seal and place in the fridge to soak for 12 hours.
  4. Once the cashews are ready, drain and rinse them.
  5. Place cashews in a food processor or blender along with the remaining ingredients except the chives.
  6. Blend on high until smooth and transfer to container.
  7. Stir in sliced chives.
  8. Set on the counter for an hour before serving.
