Chilly Irishman

Ingredients

• 3 oz. Cold Espresso
• 1 oz. Irish Whiskey
• 1/2 oz. Coffee Liqueur
• 1/2 oz. Irish Cream Liqueur
• 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1 dash Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in blender with four cups of crushed ice and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into parfait glass.
3. Garnish with a four leaf clover.
