Chicken Korma
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 8 skinless chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt or plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except yogurt and cilantro in slow cooker.
- Cook 3-4 hours on high or 6-7 hours on low.
- Remove bones.
- Stir in the yogurt.
- Add salt to taste.
- Serve with cilantro.
