Chicken Cassoulet-Style Soup
- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 8 ounces smoked turkey sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 26-ounce jar pasta sauce with red wine and herbs
- 1 15- to 19-ounce can cannellini (white kidney) beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours or on high for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours.
