- 1 cube Sugar
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 oz. Aged Rum
- 1/4 oz. Punt e Mes
- 1/4 oz. Honey Syrup
- Muddle sugar cube with bitters in mixing glass.
- Add ice, then other ingredients and stir briefly.
- Strain over fresh ice in old fashioned glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
