Chantilly Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. Rum
- 3/4 oz. Apricot-flavored Brandy
- 2 dashes Peach Bitters
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into chilled, cinnamon-sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.
- Garnish with an orange peel spiral wrapped around a cinnamon stick.
