Chancellor Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. Whisky (Scotch)
• 1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
• 1/2 oz. Port Wine
• 1 dash Peychaud's Bitters

Directions

1. Stir and strain into cocktail glass.
2. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
