Champagne Sherbet Punch
Ingredients
- 3 cups Pineapple Juice, chilled
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 qt. Pineapple Sherbet
- 1 bottle (750-ml) Champagne, chilled
Directions
- In punch bowl combine juices.
- Just before serving, scoop sherbet into punch bowl, then add Champagne.
- Stir gently.
- Serve in Irish coffee glasses.
