Champagne Cup
Ingredients
- 4 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
- 6 oz. Club Soda
- 1 oz. Triple Sec
- 2 oz. Brandy
- 16 oz. Champagne, chilled
Directions
- Fill large glass pitcher with cubes of ice and all ingredients except Champagne.
- Stir well, then add Champagne.
- Stir well.
- Garnish with fruits in season and rind of cucumber inserted on each side of pitcher.
- Top with a small bunch of mint.
- Serve in red wine glasses.
