Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. Aged Rum
• 3 oz. Pineapple Juice
• 3/4 oz. Coffee Liqueur

Directions

1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
3. Garnish with cherry speared to pineapple wedge.
