Capriccio

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp. Sugar
• 1/2 oz. Brandy
• 1/2 oz. Creme de Cafe
• 1 oz. Amaretto
• Hot Coffee

Directions

1. Put sugar in bottom of Irish coffee glass rimmed with cinnamon-sugar.
2. Add brandy and liqueurs.
3. Fill 3/4 full with coffee.
4. Top with whipped cream, toasted almond slices, and a maraschino cherry.
