Burgundy Bishop
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
- 1 oz. Light Rum
- Red Wine
Directions
- Shake lemon juice, sugar/syrup, and rum with ice.
- Strain into ice filled highball glass.
- Fill with red wine and stir.
- Garnish with fruits.
