Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. Cognac
• 1 1/2 oz. Sherry (Pedro Ximenez)
• 1 Egg Yolk

Directions

1. Shake all ingredients and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
2. Garnish with fresh-grated nutmeg on top.
