Bread
Ingredients
- 5 cups of flour
- 2 cups of warm water
- 1 tbsp yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
Directions
- Mix water, yeast and sugar.
- Wait ten minutes or until you see little clouds poofing up.
- Mix in flour and knead into dough.
- Transfer to oiled bowl and cover with paper towel. Wait a few hours for dough to rise.
- Shape dough however you want, e.g., breadsticks, loaves, pretzel shapes.
- Bake in oven at 500 degrees F for about 10-15 minutes.
