Brandy Swizzle

Ingredients

• 1 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
• 1 oz. Lime Juice
• 2 oz. Club Soda
• 2 dashes Bitters
• 2 oz. Brandy

Directions

1. Dissolve the sugar/syrup in lime juice and club soda in Collins glass.
2. Fill glass with ice and stir.
3. Add bitters and brandy.
4. Add club soda and serve with a swizzle stick.
