Brandy Sour

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Lemon Juice
• 1/2 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
• 2 oz. Brandy

Directions

1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled sour glass.
3. Garnish with a half-slice of lemon and a maraschino cherry.
