- 1 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
- 5-6 Mint Leaves
- 2 1/2 oz. Brandy
- Put all ingredients into Collins glass.
- Fill glass with finely shaved ice and stir until mint rises to top. Do not hold glass while stirring and do not bruise the leaves.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple, orange, or lemon, and a maraschino cherry.
- Serve with straws.
