Brandy Fizz

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
• 2 oz. Brandy
• Club Soda

Directions

1. Shake lemon juice, sugar/syrup, and brandy with ice.
2. Strain into ice filled highball glass.
3. Fill with club soda.
4. Stir.
