Brandy Fix

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
• 1 tsp. Water
• 2 1/2 oz. Brandy
• Lemon Slice

Directions

1. Mix lemon juice, sugar/syrup, and water in highball glass.
2. Stir.
3. Fill glass with shaved ice and brandy.
4. Stir.
5. Add a slice of lemon.
6. Serve with straws.
