Ingredients

• 1 cube Sugar
• 1 piece Orange Peel
• 2 oz. Brandy

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in old fashioned glass.
2. Light the liquid with a match, stir with a long spoon for a few seconds.
3. Strain into hot Irish coffee glass.
