Blue Cloud Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Amaretto
• 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
• 2 oz. Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into brandy snifter.
3. Top with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.
