Beef Stew And Garlic Mash



  1. Combine vegetables and the water.
  2. Bring to boiling over medium heat.
  3. Meanwhile, microwave beef tips according to package directions.
  4. Add beef and Worcestershire to vegetables.
  5. Reduce heat to low.
  6. Cook, covered, for 5 minutes.
  7. Cover bowl of garlic and 2 tablespoons water with vented plastic wrap.
  8. Microwave on 100 percent power (high) for 1 minute.
  9. Set aside.
  10. In large microwave-safe bowl microwave potatoes on 100 percent power (high) for 8 to 10 minutes.
  11. Stirring once halfway through cooking.
  12. Peel and mash garlic.
  13. Add garlic, oil, salt, and black pepper to potatoes.
  14. Mash.
  15. Divide among four dishes.
  16. Top with stew.
  17. Sprinkle each serving with oregano.
