Ingredients

• 2 oz. Gin
• 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
• 3/4 oz. Honey Syrup
• 1 tsp. Pastis

Directions

1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with a whole star anise pod.
