Basil Vinaigrette & Marinade
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup light-tasting oil, such as avocado oil or light olive oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons honey, 1 teaspoon erythritol, or 3 drops liquid stevia
- Grated zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon finely ground sea salt
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend.
