- 1 lb asparagus
- 1 spray can of canola oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Chop thick bottom end off of asparagus.
- Place side-by-side on pyrex pan.
- Spray lightly with oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake 12-15 minutes to desired firmness.
