Avocado Lime Dressing
- 2 medium Hass avocados, peeled and pitted (8 oz of flesh)
- 2/3 cup light-tasting oil, such as avocado oil or light olive oil
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped white onions
- 1/2 packed cup fresh cilantro leaves and stems
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon finely ground sea salt
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
