Autumn Apple Chicken Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 granny smith apples, peeled, cored and diced
- 2 medium sweet onions, diced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup stock or water
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and stir together.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Shred chicken breasts in slow cooker.
