Asian Pork Soup



  1. Coat an unheated large nonstick saucepan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Heat saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add pork to hot saucepan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from saucepan.
  5. Add mushrooms and garlic to saucepan and cook and stir until tender.
  6. Stir in all ingredients except cabbage and green onion.
  7. Bring to boiling.
  8. Stir in pork, Chinese cabbage, and green onion.
  9. Heat through.
