Apricot Cooler
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. Superfine Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
- Club Soda
- 2 oz. Apricot-flavored Brandy
- Ginger Ale (optional)
Directions
- In Collins glass, dissolve sugar/syrup and club soda.
- Stir and fill glass with ice and add brandy.
- Add club soda or ginger ale.
- Stir again.
- Insert a spiral of orange or lemon peel (or both) and dangle end over rim of glass.
