Apple River Inner Tube

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Brandy
• 1 oz. Creme de Cacao (Brown)
• 1 1/2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients with 1 cup crushed ice in blender until smooth.
2. Pour into parfait glass.
3. Garnish with half a spiced apple ring.
