All-American Cheeseburger Soup



  1. Cook beef, onion, celery, and garlic over medium heat until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Sprinkle flour on beef mixture.
  4. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in broth and potatoes.
  6. Bring to boiling, stirring occasionally.
  7. Reduce heat.
  8. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
  9. Stir in tomatoes, cheese, tomato paste, ketchup, and mustard.
  10. Cook and stir until soup comes to a boil.
  11. Stir in milk.
  12. Heat through.
  13. Serve with toasted buns and top with condiments.
